Yogalates in St Margarets, TW1

Stretch, Strengthen, Breathe

Award-winning Yogalates classes to help you feel fit, healthy and connected to your community

Welcome!

My name is Beth and I am London's leading specialist in the Solomon Yogalates Method.

Conceived in Byron Bay 30 years ago, this award-winning method intelligently combines two groundbreaking practices; Yoga and Pilates.

My students will tell you; I am passionate about helping people improve their strength, posture, breathing, fitness, mobility and overall health and confidence.

I believe that no matter your age, experience or fitness level, everyone can feel the benefits of regular practice.

Together we can stay motivated, active and connected in the community, and have fun too!

This class has a limited capacity, so book in early to avoid disappointment.

I love Beth’s classes; my back ache is a distant memory and I’m a little bit taller than I was before I joined. I can’t say I find yoga easy, but Beth’s explanation of each pose and transition is very clear, informative and never rushed. I learn something new every week and I love it!
— Abigail Emery

Classes take place in the lovely big Oak room at the Crossway building (behind St Stephen’s Church on Richmond Road).

Beth’s classes have been truly life-changing! I adore her super-zen yet fun presence and she makes every class feel individually tailored to you. Beth’s lessons have not only made me stronger and healthier, but equipped me with a sensory awareness of my body and how to make the most out of any workout.
