  2. All payments made to Yogalates London are strictly non-refundable, excluding cancellations of a class, event or retreat by the organiser for any reason.

  3. Both student and teacher agree to aim to start and finish each session on time.

Specific:

Health & wellbeing

  1. Solomon Yogalates™ is a safe & effective system of exercise with much care taken to ensure the student’s well being. However it is required that the student take full responsibility for their own practice in class. It is the student's responsibility to discuss any health concerns with a health care professional and to make the teacher aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class.  The student agrees to honour their body by adjusting the practice according to their own capabilities to ensure that no personal injury occurs.  Should injury occur during a Yogalates London class, the teacher is not accountable.

  2. If the student is pregnant, becomes pregnant or is post-natal or post-surgical, by signing up to class they confirm they have a physician's approval to participate.

group classes, mini retreats & events

  1. All Yogalates London group classes, online classes & events and ‘Slow Down Sunday retreats’ are non-refundable, with the exception that for in person group events refunds will be given if the event or class is cancelled due to COVID-19.

  2. If the student is unable to make an in person group class during a term (reasons of illness included) they can arrange for someone to replace them at no extra charge.

  3. Half term or full term class passes are only valid for the dates specified at the time of purchase, and places cannot be deferred.

  4. Single class passes are only valid for the date chosen at checkout.

  5. If attending a live stream online class, other members of your household can attend at no extra charge if viewing on the same device in the same room. For students using multiple devices in the same household an extra fee would be incurred (please contact beth@yogalateslondon.com for details).

  6. If purchasing a multi-session pass for ‘Slow Down Sunday’ retreats, the buyer agrees that the multi-pass is only valid until the date specified on the payment confirmation email. If the buyer hasn’t redeemed the voucher in part or full by the date specified, they agree that the voucher becomes invalid. Sessions can be redeemed by any person, not limited to the buyer themselves. If unable to attend, the buyer also has the right to transfer their attendance to another date of their choice, but only up to 48 hours prior to the event starting. After this time, transfer will not be granted. Please email me at beth@yogalateslondon.com with any transfer requests, giving as much notice as possible.

private tuition

  1. Private class packages must be paid for in advance of arranging the sessions, and payment can be made via online transfer or cheque. A three class package is the minimum number of sessions available.

  2. Booking can only be confirmed once payment is taken, then the dates of the classes can be mutual agreed upon. Private tuition is most effective when taken on consecutive weeks, with one or two sessions scheduled per week, but irregular dates can be agreed upon if necessary. All sessions in a 3 class package must be used within 6 weeks of booking. All sessions in a 6 class package must be used within 12 weeks of booking. Sessions not used within this time frame must be forfeited.

  3. Should the student need to cancel or reschedule a class for any reason, 24 hours notice must be given, otherwise the session will be forfeited, except in cases of emergency, in which case the student must inform the teacher of the nature of the emergency by emailing beth@yogalateslondon.com. If the teacher needs to cancel a class and gives less than 24 hours notice, a full refund will be given to the student. If the student prefers, a replacement class can be arranged at a mutually convenient time.

  4. Private packages increase in price according to the number of students in the class. Three students is the maximum for a private session.

  5. Private packages are non-refundable, but are fully transferrable; if the student cannot attend an in person session they can arrange for another person to take their place. All requests for transfers must be received in writing to beth@yogalateslondon.com. Private tuition sessions are not transferrable to Yogalates London public classes, events or retreats.

  6. If arranging a ‘face to face’ lesson, the teacher's travel time is included in the package price. If teacher's travel time exceeds a total of one hour, please discuss options with the teacher before booking. An extra fee will be charged for travel time over a total of one hour.

gift certificates

Gift certificates must be used within six months of purchase and are strictly non-refundable but should the recipient wish to pass on their certificate to someone else, the gift certificates are fully transferrable.
