Welcome!

My name is Beth and I am London's leading specialist in the Solomon Yogalates Method.

Conceived in Byron Bay 30 years ago, this award-winning method intelligently combines two groundbreaking practices; Yoga and Pilates.

My students will tell you; I am passionate about helping people improve their strength, posture, breathing, fitness, mobility and overall health and confidence.

I believe that no matter your age, experience or fitness level, everyone can feel the benefits of regular practice.

Together we can stay motivated, active and connected in the community, and have fun too!

This class has a limited capacity, so book in early to avoid disappointment.

Classes take place in the lovely Alcheme Wellbeing space on Brighton Road, in the centre of Surbiton.

A quiet, warm and welcoming space with all kit provided for you, there’s also a lovely cafe adjoining the studio which is perfect for your post-practice cuppa!

There are a limited number of places for this class, so please book in early to avoid disappointment.

Need to knows…

  • Yogalates classes are well-paced with an alignment focus. Rest assured, you are in good hands!

  • Beginners are welcome, with modifications and alternatives offered where appropriate. If you suffer from restrictions with your movement please reach out to check if this class is suitable for you here.

  • Props: Most equipment will be provided for you for these classes, except a resistance band (Theraband). If you have your own band please bring along, but if not I can provide one for you.

  • In the event of a class being cancelled for any reason, students will be offered a replacement class.

  • If you cannot make a session you’re welcome to send another person in your place.

  • Each class ends with a deliciously restorative savasana relaxation, calming the mind & relieving physical & mental stress. Bliss!
