Rejuvenate your spirit, stretch and energise your body and take as much rest as you need on this six day women’s only escape to magical Morocco. No meals to cook, no people to look after, no ‘to do’ list. You won’t need to worry about a thing.
Come back to your breath, come back to your body, and reconnect to the deepest parts of yourself via daily Yogalates & Yin Yoga classes amidst the beauty and tranquility of this little Moroccan oasis, just 20 minutes outside of Marrakesh.
Between revitalising classes and delicious meals, you can choose to kick back and relax by the pool with a good book, enjoy a massage and/or hammam on site, venture into Marrakesh to explore, or take a tagine cooking class.

The unique blend of vibrant culture, rich history and natural beauty makes Morocco one of my most exciting retreat destinations so far, but don’t worry, it’s my mission to make sure you leave feeling refreshed, revitalised and ready to embrace life anew.

Our Moroccan oasis…
Nestled amidst two acres of lush, meticulously landscaped gardens, Villa Dinari welcomes you with its tranquil ambiance and boutique charm. It offers a welcome haven from the busyness of the city, about a 20 minute drive away.
The sprawling accommodation at the villa boasts beautifully decorated rooms, each with its own charm and character; a seductive mix of soft colours, rich Moroccan textiles, plus the best craft-work of local artisans.
We have exclusive use of the entire estate during our stay.

For our final evening on retreat we’ll be treated to a special party at the villa, with cocktails, canapés, dinner, plus music and entertainment provided by Gnaoua musicians/acrobats. It’s going to be marvellous!
Explore Marrakesh
Included in the price of the retreat is a day trip into Marrakesh, to shop in the souks, explore any sights you’d like to, and enjoy lunch in town (price of lunch not included). We won’t have a guide for this trip so if you’d like to join this excursion you will need to be comfortable self-navigating in small groups together or solo, otherwise you can stick with us for the day as we explore :)
Cooking class
The food at Villa Dinari is exquisite, so this year there will be the option to join a cooking class held in the specially designed outdoor kitchen on site. You’ll learn how to make a traditional Moroccan meal for the day’s lunch, soaking up our kitchen secrets, plus you can take home the recipe to make at home. Cost is additional.
Mini-spa & hammam
If a little spa time sounds like the cherry on your retreat cake, you can book facial therapies, hammam & massage treatments with qualified therapists on site during your stay.
The traditional Moroccan cleansing ritual of hammam is known around the world for being a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating treatment that uses hot steam to encourage a deep and invigorating cleanse of the whole body.

Daily classes
I’ll be leading all yoga sessions in a covered open-air space at the villa, so you’ll be practising outdoors amidst the beauty of nature, surrounded by birdsong. Classes will be tailored to suit most abilities, with beginners & intermediate levels welcome.
This is an adult-only, female-only retreat.
Morning Yogalates
Our morning practice will be the dynamic, yet harmonious fusion of Hatha Yoga and Pilates, known as Solomon Yogalates™.
This award-winning method intelligently combines core-stabilising mat Pilates with traditional, heart-opening Hatha yoga practices to sculpt your body, build strength, enhance flexibility and calm the mind.
Connecting breath and movement in a way that will leave you feeling strong, energised and ready for each beautiful day on retreat.
Evening Yin Yoga
Early evenings we’ll slow the pace with some soothing Yin yoga, helping to release physical and mental chronic tension and fatigue.
I’ll also lead two Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditations during a couple of afternoons, shifting the brain and body into a deeply calming restorative state.
These end-of-day sessions are specifically designed to support you in letting go of stress and strain, and helping you get the best sleep possible on retreat.
Travelling solo?
One of the most heart-warming aspects of my retreats is the close-knit community that flourishes, even after a couple of days. Many participants arrive solo, and quickly discover that they are not alone.
After years of attending and running these events, there is nothing quite like the soul-enriching, joyful and supportive atmosphere that develops on retreat. Like-minded people coming together, forming friendships and deep connections that can last far beyond the final savasana. There is always plenty of laughter!
If you’re travelling solo and are nervous about sharing a room, you might be surprised about the bonds you make and special memories you leave with due to sharing space with new people. Cohabiting can seem daunting, but the rooms at the villa are spacious, plus there are plenty of peaceful, secluded spots in the grounds for the moments you need it.

Food & Nourishment
Talented local chefs will be delighting our taste buds on retreat with three delicious meals per day, plus a mid-morning snack, should you feel peckish.
There will be a mix of meat and vegetarian dishes, but all dietary requirements can be catered for, including vegetarian, vegan & gluten free. If you have a severe coeliac allergy please contact me here before booking.

Your teacher
Hi I’m Beth, the founder of Yogalates London, and I’ll be leading all classes on this retreat.
I’ve been teaching since 2014 and have advanced teaching qualifications in Solomon Yogalates, Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga.
I’m passionate about helping people discover greater ease and freedom of movement in their bodies through Yogalates, as well as the profound mental and emotional shifts that come from a regular yoga practice.
I’m also a strong believer in the transformative powers of yoga and meditation in these technology focused, fast paced times of ours.
