  2. If the student is pregnant, becomes pregnant or is post-natal or post-surgical, by signing up to class they confirm they have a physician's approval to participate.

Group classes, mini retreats & events

If the teacher needs to cancel a class and gives less than 24 hours notice, a full refund will be given to the student. If the student prefers, a replacement class can be arranged at a mutually convenient time.

Yogalates teacher training

1. Attendance and Participation

To receive your certificate of completion, we kindly ask that you attend at least 70% of the scheduled live Zoom sessions, as listed in the course timetable. If you miss a session, no problem — simply catch up with the recording within one (1) week of it being uploaded. All sessions will be recorded and made available for your convenience. All Zoom session recordings will be available for download, allowing you to revisit the content at your convenience.

At the end of the course, you’ll complete a short online quiz to demonstrate your understanding of the material. This is a required step for certification.

2. Weekly Viewing Commitment

To support your learning and teaching confidence, each weekly Yogalates class must be watched twice:

  • Once as a participant, experiencing the class in your body, as a student.

  • Once as an observer, taking notes and reflecting on structure and important teaching cues.

These hours form an essential part of your certified CPD learning and are included in your total course hours.

3. Refunds and Deferrals

Please note that course fees are non-refundable once registration is complete, even if you’re unable to participate or finish the course.

That said, I understand that life can be unpredictable. If something prevents you from attending, you may request a deferral to the next available training. All deferral requests must be made in writing to beth@yogalateslondon.com, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by Yogalates London, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

Your course registration gives you personal access to all materials provided during training. This includes videos, documents, and other resources — all of which are the intellectual property of Yogalates London.

We kindly ask that you do not share these materials with others, whether for free or commercially. Your access is intended for your individual educational use only.

5. Payment Plans and Fees

If you’ve chosen to pay in instalments, payments will be automatically processed through the secure platform, MoonClerk, in conjunction with Stripe. If a payment is missed, you’ll have a two-week grace period to resolve the issue. If payment is still outstanding after this time, access to the course may be paused until the account is brought up to date.

By selecting the payment plan option, you are committing to pay the full course fee in accordance with the schedule you selected, even if you don’t complete the training.

6. Health, Safety, and Participation Disclaimer

As part of this training, you’ll be engaging in physical Yogalates practice. While all sessions are designed to be safe and accessible, you participate at your own risk and are responsible for listening to your body and modifying as needed.

By enrolling, you confirm that you are in good physical health and able to take part in physical activity. If you have any health concerns, I strongly recommend seeking medical advice before starting the course.

Yogalates London and its instructors are not liable for any injury, health issues, or other damages that may occur during the course. Your participation signifies that you understand and accept this responsibility.
