Joining a group class can be intimidating, not to mention getting the motivation to start a class online! However it’s my belief that the positive effects of a regular Yogalates practice can be felt regardless of age, body type or physical restrictions.
Working with a teacher privately can be a great starting point for those keen to make a shift towards better mental & physical health. I’ll help you stay accountable with a weekly physical fitness regime, while also receiving the grounding and calming benefits of the yoga component of the practice.
With the right guidance, everyone can feel the benefits of Yogalates.

I also run Yogalates sessions for companies and organisations interested in offering their staff the benefits of this mind/body practice.
This combination of Yoga & Pilates offers a dynamic blend of East & West that is unique and popular; improving people’s physical fitness, strength and ability to stay pain-free, whilst also offering them a toolkit of relaxation and breath-work practices to support their mental and emotional health in the workplace.
We can set up a regular lunchtime class at your office, or I can run longer sessions for wellbeing days, or specific workshops around a particular theme, such as back care or techniques for relieving desk fatigue.

Private Tuition
What you can expect…
1:1 private sessions run for 75 minutes, allowing us time to move through the exercises with care and consideration, at a suitable pace. If you are a beginner we will start with the basic principles first, establishing a strong and stable foundation for good posture, balance and movement.
You can choose to take your sessions with me online via Zoom (many students have success working this way) or face-to-face at my home in Surbiton. I’m happy to travel to clients who live near my base in Surbiton, KT6.
When you hire me to be your personal Yoga teacher we will start with a conversation to understand how I can best support you in reaching your health & wellness goals.
I am qualified to teach Solomon Yogalates™, Yin yoga, Hatha yoga, meditation, breath-work techniques and restorative yoga for stress relief, and can offer a combination of modalities to suit each client’s individual needs.
My aim is to help you develop a safe and personal practice, unique to you.
