Lose the outside world with my unique 'Slow down & Surrender' mini retreats, held on a monthly basis in both Fulham and St Margarets.  

Enjoy greater range of motion, a more restful night's sleep and a clearer mind, as we spend two hours moving through a series of yin and restorative yoga postures, concluding with a deeply soothing guided meditation helping you switch off & unwind.

All levels welcome, no yoga experience required.

What you can expect...

  • Two hours of blissfully restorative postures using the support of quality buckwheat yoga bolsters.
  • Calming guided meditation and yoga nidra.

  • Soothing mini-massages available to those who would like them, further encouraging a sense of spaciousness in body, mind and breath.

  • Deep stretching using yin yoga techniques, helping to release chronic tension and restrictions in the deep connective tissue (fascia).

Price: £25 drop in / £20 Early Bird price

There are a limited number of spaces available for this event (maximum 12 participants) so be sure to book in advance. Quality buckwheat yoga bolsters and some other equipment will be provided for you, but you will need to bring your own yoga mat.

Yoga event for the homeless - December 2017

Thank you to everyone who donated and came along to support this charity event, helping us to raise £500 for London's homeless! This money has gone to support the charities Glass Door & the Homeless Project at St Andrew's Church, both of whom provide food, clothing, shelter and showers for the homeless, especially during the winter months.
